SUNKIZ FESTIVAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation is subject to completion of the online form. The booking will be considered confirmed upon payment of the deposit.  

The fee is per person and includes: Accommodation in a selected room/apartment at the hotel reserved for the event or, if there are no rooms available, in an adjacent facility of the same category (subject to notification); breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with water and local wine included with meals (from dinner on Friday 6 June to lunch on Sunday 8 June/breakfast on Monday 9 June, depending on the package selected); Linen; Water, gas and electricity consumption; Final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette, where applicable); Private parking (one per room/apartment, unnumbered). Free or discounted access to: Info-Point, Workshops, Social Events, Disco, Entertainment, Bar, Swimming Pool Area (during opening hours: 10:00-13:00 / 14:00-19:00).

The fee does not include: travel to the event venue; cancellation insurance; cleaning of crockery, dishes, pots and pans and kitchenette (where applicable), and anything not specified under “the fee includes”. 

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the fee is non-refundable and will be retained as a penalty. As a safeguard, it is possible to change the name on your package for a fee of €30 per person, by notifying the organisation of the
